M&S has been Southstar’s Civil Engineer for over 7 years and our success is a direct result of their stellar work. From their leadership down to the company’s focus and ideals M&S represents the highest level of professional engineering. They are focused on their client and understand our goals and challenges. Southstar would not be the company nor our projects be the success they are unless we had M&S by our side.

This partnership we have forged will launch our District well into the future. With a supportive Board we have focused on developing relationships that bond us with our consultants as partners rather than tools that we use. We feel that we have a very symbiotic relationship with our team at M&S.
