From Model to Reality
The Riverplace project is a 3 story mixed use development minutes from the Georgetown office of M&S Engineering. The third story is residential with outdoor living space and a glorious view over the San Gabriel River. Arbors shade the outdoor space which has planters, supporting trees and shrubbery. The arboreal habitat along the river was preserved.
