Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard

A 3,200 acre residential subdivision in Comal County (second largest development in the County) for which M&S Engineering provided inundation studies, master planning, platting, surveying, water supply analysis, engineering and design of 5 regional detention ponds.
Also included in this project was a detailed environmental study, a drainage study and flood study for all existing drainage channels to establish a non-regulated 100-year inundation patterns.

Master planning included planning commercial lots, residential lots, green space areas and a hike and bike trail system layout. M&S also designed and modeled a community wide water system.
