Singing Hills Development

Singing Hills Subdivision is a 250 acre mixed commercial/residential subdivision.
The scope of our MEP teams included dry utility design, lighting analysis for the site, as well as an onsite lift station including electrical and SCADA, and a Wastewater Treatment Plant which also included SCADA and other system improvements.

Our Project Manager was responsible for coordinating with the developer, civil engineer, survey support, and contractor.
