Park Plaza Hotel

M&S Engineering was hired to perform an electrical renovation the Park Plaza Hotel in Seguin, Texas.
The scope included surveying the existing condition of interior branch circuit wiring, tracing and verify the adequacy of the existing branch circuit wiring for reuse.

Our electrical team also value engineered the interior power and lighting wiring and fixtures, respectively in order to verify or renovate to achieve compliance with all applicable electrical codes and ordinances as enforced by the City of Seguin. M&S Engineering provided plans for all seven floors of the hotel. The electrical and lighting was revised for all levels including the basement and roof.
