Our Lady Bar & Grille

M&S Engineering was tasked to provide MEP engineering for this new 2,029 SF restaurant, located in Gruene, Texas.
Our teams designed interior and exterior lighting, where the exterior lighting fixtures were controlled by a photocell. Our teams worked closely with the architect and owners to design for the mechanical and electrical requirements of the food service and beverage equipment, and to ensure the kitchen and remaining areas were ventilated properly.
