New Braunfels Public Restrooms

The M&S Engineering MEP Team offered services to the New Braunfels Rotary for the public restrooms at the plaza. Services included interior and exterior lighting design as well as plumbing.
The plumbing fixtures chosen included all-in-one sink with the faucet, soap dispenser, and hand dryer being part of the sink trough, which was chosen for vandal resistance. The main focus was to design a facility that would be easy for the City to maintain and that would withstand use during the festivals hosted in the downtown area.
