Guadalupe County Fleet Maintenance Facility

M&S Engineering was approached to provide engineering design for a new 5,000 square foot facility.
The design incorporated accommodations for a lubrication center, tire shop, storage area, offices, and a conference room.
M&S teams performed MEP, structural, and civil engineering, as well as surveying support for the construction of this project. The civil engineering team coordinated the geotechnical report and analysis and a topographic survey with Sherwood Surveying & S.U.E., to facilitate their design of the grading and drainage, as well as the site’s utilities.

Our structural team developed plans, details, and specifications for a new slab-on-grade to accommodate a pre-engineered metal building. Construction drawings were prepared for proposed HVAC, electrical and lighting, and plumbing designs for the new building.

Accommodations were made to design to ADA, SWPPP, and fire protection standards.
