Substation

East 138kV Substation Transformer Additions

This project consisted of installing (1) 138/26.18X13.09kV 46.6MVA power transformer at the existing East substation.
The scope also included 138kV and 25kV bus additions, protective relaying, grounding, the addition of (1) 138kV SF6 circuit switcher, (1) 25kV vacuum total breaker, and (4) 25kV vacuum feeder breakers. In addition to engineering services, M&S also provided on-site project management and commissioning services via M&S Power Services.
