Crossings at Havenwood

The Crossings at Havenwood is a subdivision that is developed across FM1102 from Havenwood at Hunter’s Crossing. M&S Engineering performed the site design, platting and zoning, and drainage design for this new development just outside of New Braunfels, Texas.
The design of the 88.18 acre property resulted in 184 lots, built in three phases, with an amenity area, and a 2.36 acre detention pond. The property abuts a portion of the Union Pacific Railroad which resulted in a berm easement 95 feet from the railroad with a 120 foot buffer between the railroad and the closet home.

The M&S Team coordinated with Crystal Clear Special Utility District for the development’s utilities, as well as the City of New Braunfels, TxDOT, Comal County, and TCEQ to gain all necessary permitting.
