Cordillera Ranch

This project entailed the engineering and design services for a LPG distribution system to serve the residents of this 2000+ acre development.
The distribution network included a 30,000gal storage tank and several temporary storage tanks, more than 10,000ft of both 2” and 4” distribution lines to serve this large master planned residential community.

M&S engineering also provided topographic surveying, detailed design, utility coordination with GVTC and Pedernales Electric Cooperative, construction phasing and routing.
