M&S Engineering worked closely with Sullivan Contracting Services to provide full service surveying, civil engineering, MEP and structural design for a proposed industrial facility.
Site improvements included site grading, drainage, detention, ADA accessibility, a fire protection plan, on-site utilities, driveways, traffic impact analysis and a storm water pollution prevention plan. Our structural and MEP teams completed the engineering design for a 40,500 SF facility.

These services included the foundation design, specs for the pre-engineered metal building, full drawings for equipment connections, power and lighting, mechanical and ventilation, and plumbing design. As part of the project scope, the MEP team provided construction support through completion.
