New Braunfels Food Bank Expansion in New Braunfels, Texas

M&S Engineering is honored to be part of the New Braunfels Food Bank expansion, bringing a new way to care for those in the community. The Apple Seeds Apartments will be a transitional housing facility, giving the Food Bank another avenue to care for clients struggling with the choice of buying food or paying rent. The apartments will be located adjacent to the existing New Braunfels Food Bank facility on Seguin Street/FM 725 in New Braunfels. M&S delivered civil design services as well as survey services through our sister company Sherwood Surveying & SUE. Open Studio Architecture is providing architectural services and the construction contractor is Woolsey Construction.
