Garland Power and Light in Bryan, TX

Garland Power & Light, as a member city of the Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA), has a contract to construct, operate and maintain TMPA’s transmission assets. M&S Engineering is thrilled to continue work on a project to replace the 138kV transmission line from the Gibbons Creek area to the Bryan Texas Utilities’ Dansby Power plant. M&S Engineering is providing detailed design, coordination, construction management and other deliverables to facilitate the construction of the 138kV Transmission line.
