New Braunfels Food Bank

This project consisted of full M.E.P. design for a new facility in New Braunfels, TX. The two-story, 26,900 SF building consists of a small grocery store set-up, a commercial kitchen where classes will be conducted, administrative offices, and conference and event spaces.
M&S has been working closely with the Architect, Client, and several consultants to make this endeavor a reality. Scheduling and budget are of the utmost importance on this project.

M&S delivered construction documents on-time and supported the project by providing construction contract administration. After awarded, M&S reviewed the Value Engineering options that were presented to the owner and provided recommendations.
