The M&S Engineering mechanical team was contracted to perform load analysis on a new restaurant in New Braunfels.
The building was renovated to become a restaurant in 2014, and a commercial kitchen was installed. Our team coordinated with the architect and mechanical contractor to obtain design documents and exhaust requirements for the newly added equipment.

After performing an HVAC load analysis they determined the necessary system size to support the kitchen equipment and provided their load calculations and system sizing report to the client.
