Seguin Elks Lodge

M&S provided MEP engineering services for the renovation of the Elks Lodge in Seguin, which had experienced fire damage.
As a result, the interior of the 6,800 square foot facility then had to be demolished back to its shell.

M&S teams conducted an initial site survey to develop an understanding of the existing utility capacities and code issues. Following this survey and analysis, we produced demolition drawings and designed the new MEP systems to work within the constraints of the existing infrastructure. Our team coordinated with the architect and structural engineer to resolve conflicts during design, in order to avoid delays during construction.
