Alton Blvd Reconstruction

This project reconstructed 2 miles of Alton Blvd for the City of Selma. M&S Engineering is providing PSE, bidding, construction and close out services for this project.
The project scope also included surveying, SUE, roadway, drainage, utilities and utility coordination for this residential street within existing ROW.

The design of the project includes new ribbon curb, regarding of existing roadside ditches, utility adjustments (water & sewer), construction phasing, traffic control plans, SWPPP, driveways, sidewalks, ADA handicap wheel chair ramps, storm drainage improvements and construction of a flexible asphalt pavement street section located in poor soil conditions.
